How to Use Microsoft Whiteboard For Pictures and Images

A successful affiliate marketer and my mentor, Dean Holland, recently made training videos using Microsoft Whiteboard. I thought it looked great, so I decided to try it for myself.

So, this week, I created three ‘whiteboards’ and saved them as pictures. I then added them to different social media posts as pictures/images.

It is easy to create them.

First, if you have a Microsoft account for other products like Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, then log into your account. Search for Whiteboard, and you should see an icon for it. Click it, and it will take you to the Whiteboard app.

I have Word, PowerPoint, and Excel icons on my computer, but my Whiteboard is accessible on the Microsoft website. I can probably download a desktop version for my laptop, but I am happy to use the online version for now.

The next step is to open a new Whiteboard. I always use a blank canvas. There are premade templates, but I think they are more complicated than I like. The main thing with stuff like this is to use it to enhance my content somehow but not go crazy spending a lot of time creating elaborate images.

A whiteboard allows you to create a canvas of boxes and typed content. Below is an example of one I made.

As you can see, I keep it simple. I want to create basic visuals. Anything more takes too much time. I am not artsy, and I’m not a good graphic or visual designer.

What I like about this is that I can create a visual of the concepts I discuss in my posts.

I will continue using this because it adds value to my content. What do you think?
